Application
The CO2 backing weld machine is mainly used for gas shielded backing welding for assembling finished box beam. The machine is equipped with gas shielded welding torch, wire feeder, seam tracking frame, lifting welding arm etc., so that it can carry out automatic backing welding for groove welding seam of assembling finished box beam.

Technical features
The CO2 backing weld machine has the following features
1. It is equipped with arc blocking device which can be used to block the welding arc, thus protecting the operators' eyes from the damaging of arc.
2. The electrical control systems are all installed in the standing column, combining the electric cabinet, operating panel and column together. So it is clean and beautiful, and the operation can be quite convenient.
3. The machine adopts AC frequency speed control, so that it has large adjusting range of speed to meet the demand of different welding speed.
4. It has fast return stroke speed and stable running. It also has the following advantages: simple operation and convenient maintenance.
5. The gas shielded welding device is the main part of this machine, including welding power source, wire feeder, welding torch and control box.
