Features
The LCSG laser cutting machine has the following feature
1. The cross beam of the LCSG laser cutting machine is box type. It adopts aerial cast aluminum parts which has the lightest weight while satisfying the rigidity and intensity demand by the calculation of stress analysis software, so that the equipment has relatively high dynamic property.
2. The longitudinal and transverse rack of the LCSG laser cutting machine: it adopts imported high precision rack to reduce the accumulated error caused by transmission, thus ensuring the stable operation and transmission accuracy of the machine. The working precision meets the standard of DIN8523.
3. The CNC system of Jinfeng laser cutting machine adopts the CNC and digital servo drive system imported from FAGOR Spain: FAGOR is a world famous enterprise in CNC system industry. The product of FAGOR is one of the CNC systems with largest market share in laser cutting machine industry in China. FAGOR has offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Dalian etc. Meanwhile, this CNC system are always available in large stocks in Jinfeng, so that we can provide in-time, rapid and localized services for our customers.
4. This cutting machine adopts YLS-2000 high power fiber laser of IPG Photonics, the largest fiber laser manufacturer in the world. This fiber laser has the following advantages: large heat dissipating area, good laser beam quality, small size etc. Comparing with gas laser and solid state laser with the same size, it has significant advantages, thus it is gradually becoming the main laser processing method for high precision metal plate.

1. The key part of the complete LCSG laser cutting machine is rack assembly which is carried out by CNC machining center.
2. Meanwhile, it can be multi-surface processed. So the installation precision and machine service life can be ensured.
