Features
1. All the operation of devices of the steel H beam assembling machine are hydraulic or motor driven, so the operation is simple and reliable, the labor intensity is small.
2. There is no need of overall length spot welding of the workpiece but the end spot welding during assembly, so that the assembly efficiency will be greatly improved.
3. The movable box can rotate, so that the H beam with variable cross-section can also be assembled.
Description
The steel H beam assembling machine mainly consists of input roller bed, hydraulic plate turnover device, flange slab lifting device, base machine, output roller bed (or front horizontal assembling machine input roller bed which is the common part of two base machines), hydraulic system, electronic control system, welding source (user-supplied) etc. The base machine consists of machine frame, fixed box device, movable box device, frame rotation device, web clamping device for both sides, lifting device etc.
