Product application
The steel H beam assembly machine can be mainly used for assembly and spot welding of symmetry, dissymmetry, eccentricity and variable cross-section steel H beam. It can carry out positioning, clamping and spot welding automatically which is the foundation of the next continuous welding.
Product features
The steel H beam assembly machine has the following features:
1. The structures welded by the steel H beam assembly machine are all stress relieved, so that there will hardly be deformation.
2. Structural steel transportation: the main motor will drive the master cylinder by adopting the gear reducer. It can also drive the other cylinders at the same time through chain drive. The frequency converter can realize variable speed transportation of workpiece. The assembling speed is 0.5-5.5m/min.
3. The input roller conveyor is equipped with centering device in order to carry out primary positioning of flange slab before entering the base machine and carry out web vertical supporting.
4. The base machine adopts the method of manual adjustment first and then hydraulic clamping to realize precise positioning and clamping of flange slab and web.
5. For the structural steel of which the web has large height thickness ratio, the base machine can be equipped with auxiliary web clamping device to prevent the deformation caused by the pressing of depress device.
6. The whole process of assembly is operated by electric control panel, so that it is convenient and easy. The maintenance is quite easy.
7. The steel H beam assembly machine ordered by our customers can be either equipped with automatic spot welding with gas shielded arc welding or manual spot welding.

Jinfeng Welding & Cutting Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd has mechanical department, electrical department and software department. There is 80 people in the team in total.
