Application
The chuck type steel pipe cutting machine is mainly used for thermal cutting of the intersecting line and end of various pipeline systems. The applicable pipe material is mild carbon steel.

Features
1. The chuck can be divided into three-jaw, four-jaw and five-jaw self-centering chuck. The three-jaw chuck is generally used for pipes of which the diameter is less than 600mm. We will only choose four-jaw chuck at the conditions that the pipe diameter is greater than 600mm or the pipe wall to be cut is quite thick.
2. The X axis (horizontal main axis rotary) of the chuck type steel pipe cutting machine adopts three-jaw chuck for workpiece clamping and rotating. The longitudinal mobile rack is equipped with three groups of adjustable roller carriers which can be used for straightness adjustment of workpiece, thus ensuring the cutting precision of pipes. This machine can be used for long-time continuous cutting. The plasma head and the flame head can be used in alternation.
